Replace Mezzo Battery

You may be directed to replace your Mezzo battery by support staff.

To complete this task you will require:

• Replacement Battery
• Your Mezzo key
• Philips Head Screw driver
• A Paperclip

Follow these steps to replace your Mezzo battery:

1. Unplug your Mezzo and turn off the Battery Switch
2. Unscrew and remove Security Cover from Mezzo
3. Use a paper clip to release the top cover clips
4. Unscrew rear clamshell of Mezzo case
5. Remove rear clamshell of Mezzo case
6. Unplug and remove battery
7. Install new battery, making sure to note the plug orientation and polarity (Red wire to red wire, Black wire to black wire)
8. Reassemble Mezzo
9. Turn on Battery Switch and plug in your Mezzo
