Hardware:
For full functionality, the Mezzo/Ness Bridge hardware requires unfiltered outbound internet access to Ness Cloud services endpoints. Endpoints in use currently are:
– TCP Operation mode: mezprod.tcp.nesscs.com:3654
– UDP Operation mode: mezprod.udp.nesscs.com:3654
This means that the Ness Bridge hardware will try to establish a connection with the above servers from within the customers Local Area Network. No port forwarding is required.
Mobile App:
Mezzo iOS & Android Mobile app requires unfiltered access to all usual Apple/Google service support api’s as well as the following endpoints:
– mezzo-api.nesscs.com
– mezzo-unit.nesscs.com
Multiple connection technologies are used including HTTP/HTTPS & Websockets.
Web App:
Mezzo user web interface will require unfiltered HTTP/HTTPS access to:
– mezzo-web.nesscs.com
– googleapis.com
